Can I book by telephone?
Yes, we take bookings by telephone although we would prefer that you use our online booking form.
How can I book in more than one car?
You will need to book in each car separately.
Do you accept vans or large vehicles?
Yes, we have the space to park vans or large vehicles, with in reason.
I have booked, but I am now bringing a different vehicle. Can I change this?
Yes, you can notify us at least 1 day before your departure and we'll amend your booking free of charge.
Do you move the vehicle?
After we meet you at Bristol Airport and you give us the keys we'll move your vehicle to our secure parking facility, and return it to the airport on your arrival. Therefore ,we will be unable to accept cars that are not roadworthy. If your car has a alarm code or similar, we will need the code. If this information is not supplied to us and we are unable to move your car, you will incur extra charges.
Can I book short notice?
Yes, we accept same-day bookings but you will be charged an extra £25.
Can I get a refund if I pre-pay but change my mind and decide not to park?
Yes, as long as you give at least 72 hours notice by email that you wish to cancel but we will deduct 15% from your refund amount to cover admin charges.
How secure is your parking facility?
Security is taken very seriously. Our off-airport car park is monitored 24/7.
What happens if my car is damaged in the car park?
Please check your vehicle before leaving the Bristol Airport grounds as claims cannot be considered once vehicles have left the premises.
